What kind of toothpaste do you recommend for adults and for kids?

A fluoridated toothpaste like Colgate Total is great for adults. For kids, we recommend any fluoridated toothpaste that they like, such as a strawberry-flavored toothpaste. We love natural ingredients, but it MUST have fluoride. Charcoal activated or non-fluoridated toothpastes will not protect your teeth and can be too abrasive for the enamel on your teeth.
