• Apply a Small Amount of Bleach:
  • Attach the triangular tip to the bleach tube and add a tiny amount (pinhead-sized) to each tooth compartment.
• Insert and Clean Excess Bleach:
  • Place your aligner or retainer on your teeth, and use a Q-tip to wipe away any excess bleach to prevent gum irritation.
• Adjust Bleaching Duration:
  • Begin with 2 hours per day. If no sensitivity occurs, you can gradually increase your time. Avoid sleeping with bleach in your retainer initially to minimize sensitivity.
• Manage Sensitivity & Avoid Staining:
  • Sensitivity is normal; try Sensodyne toothpaste for relief. Avoid dark beverages like coffee or tea, or use a straw to limit contact with your teeth.
• Recommended Bleaching Cycle:
  • Most people bleach daily for 2 hours over a two-week period.
• Store Bleach in the Fridge:
  • Refrigerating your bleach will keep it fresh longer.
